During my early career, I often asked myself, “Is this it?” I’d sit in my car before work, dreading the day ahead. Like many people, I had taken a job after college simply to feel secure and accomplished—but it wasn’t aligned with who I truly was. I spent years on autopilot, until I began to recognize the signs of burnout and deep dissatisfaction. I didn’t have a clear plan—I just knew something needed to change.
